BOTH SIDES DO IT!

CNN tells me that the House panel vote finding Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt was 23-17, "on strictly partisan lines."

What?! This happened without a single Democratic vote? Haven't we repeatedly been informed by our betters in the media that votes (such as the House vote on health care reform) don't really count if all the "yea" votes come from one party? Why didn't Congressman Issa reach across the aisle?

I'm joking, of course. This is a Major Constitutional Crisis -- that's what our media betters are about to tell me. Tens of millions of Americans without health insurance was just something bratty kids fought over in a sandbox.

My Washington Post is telling me this morning on its front page that the "President creates a tricky situation".

Maybe it's his use of Executive Privilege, which has never, ever been used before, ever.
