YES, PLEASE KEEP TELLING HER THIS

The dreaded lamestream media has decided that Sarah Palin's status was greatly enhanced on Tuesday. CBS:

Palin Emerges with Even More Clout

Most of the candidates Sarah Palin endorsed chalked up victories Tuesday.

And that scorecard leaves pundits wondering whether she'll now train her sights directly on the Republican presidential nomination in 2012....

ABC:

Good Morning America took a moment to reflect upon how House, Senate, and gubernatorial candidates endorsed by Palin performed last night. So how did her Mama and Papa Grizzlies do? Pretty, pretty well.

"If there was any doubt about it, last night's election confirmed the strength of the Tea Party and of Sarah Palin as a national figure," Robin Roberts informed her viewers....

The New York Times:

Palin Proves That 'Mama Grizzly' Has Bite

If former Gov. Sarah Palin of Alaska decides to run for president in 2012, she will now have plenty of help....

I want her to keep reading these things, and I want her to believe them -- because if there's anything Tuesday's results showed us, it's that the only kind of candidate Democrats actually know how to beat is a candidate who can be successfully portrayed as an out-of-control lunatic. O'Donnell, Miller, Angle, Paladino -- Democrats can beat these folks, even though it's clear that Dems utterly lack the ability to defend their own beliefs and deeds, or to challenge relatively sober-seeming garden-variety wingnuts and teabaggers on even their most wildly unpopular ideas.

That could mean that Palin is just about the only Republican who can be beaten in 2012. But that may be fine if she's the one who gets the nomination.
