If you're in the Seattle area tonight, Jesus would reportedly like you to check this out:
Join KVI Talk Radio 570 in welcoming nationally-syndicated columnist and best-selling author Michelle Malkin back to the Pacific Northwest!
Ms. Malkin will be discuss her explosive new book, In Defense of Internment: The Case for Racial Profiling in World War II and the War on Terror, at a free event, 7pm this Friday night at Cedar Park Church in Bothell. She’ll expose the top myths and misconceptions of the Japanese-American internment and show how misguided guilt about the past endangers us today....
Yup -- apparently there's no reason to feel Christian guilt about those internment camps! We did the right thing! Jesus says so!
Or maybe I'm jumping to a conclusion -- after all, a disclaimer informs us,
Michelle Malkin is not a ministry of Cedar Park Assembly of God, but a guest of Cedar Park Assembly of God. Views expressed by Michelle Malkin may not necessarily reflect those of Cedar Park Assembly of God.
However, you can get a pretty good idea of what Cedar Park's "views" are by going to the church's home page. (Yes, that's the correct link -- the biggest picture on the title screen of the Web site for the church is of a guy playing golf.) Scroll down a bit and you get a link to this pastoral message about how Ronald Reagan was God's president. I think it's safe to assume that Michelle Malkin's views are rather close to those of the church.
