Scott Brown, hypocrite:
Senator Scott Brown today took on a possible opponent in a special election to succeed his colleague John F. Kerry, questioning whether US Representative Edward J. Markey is actually a resident of Massachusetts....Omigod! The good people of Massachusetts can't possibly elect a senator who maintains two residences! Or whose wife works in D.C.! Can they?
"I'll tell you what; They're making it awfully tempting. You got Ed Markey: Does he even live here any more?" Brown said with a laugh as he called into the "Jim & Margery Show" on WTKK-FM.
"You've got to check the travel records. I've come back and forth (from Washington to Boston) every weekend, almost, for three years, and I see, you know, most of the delegation, and I have never seen Ed on the airplane -- ever," Brown added.
Markey, a Democrat born and raised in Malden, long called his childhood bedroom in his parents' house as his Massachusetts residence, even though his wife is a doctor at the National Institutes of Health in suburban Washington and the couple owns a home in Chevy Chase, Md.
Following the death of Markey's father in 2000, the congressman bought his family house and continues to maintain it as his voting address, an aide said last week....
Oh well -- at least Brown isn't attacking Markey on genealogy -- yet.

Ditto, what aimai said.
And, completely unsurprising, once you find out about it.
It gets better. Brown went on to joke about how he was semi-employed now because his only job now is with the National Guard. Scott Brown transferred from the Massachusetts National Guard to Maryland, so it would be more correct to say his only part-time job is in the D.C. area.
Please tell me that, having shed this bozo in November, the Massachusetts electorate won't reinstate him. What a twit.
Fox25 up here is already carrying his water for a run by trumpeting Brown's opinions on the Fiscal Cliff bill. At this point, his public opinion holds no more weight than mine.
Of course, it's all just empty rhetoric. He takes the principled position of deeming it "not perfect."
Scott Brown's wife works for ABC and one of his daughters works for CBS. Interesting.
Brown, who is soon to be an ex-Senator, is sure talking as though he's entitled to the Republican nomination and to the Senate seat. Is there not a teabagger to primary him?
