(Lucianne's referring to one of the babies being touted in the local media as #300,000,000; actually, the mother in question is of Puerto Rican and Dominican ancestry and the father's forebears are Jamaican. By the way, #200,000,000, as declared by Life magazine in 1967, was a non-Aryan with the surname Woo. And #100,000,000, for all we know, might have been named Goldberg.)
