If I'm correctly reading what conservative commentators are saying, isn't it simply too much of a risk to allow anyone to run for high office, anywhere in the West, who disagrees with George W. Bush on how to fight the war on terror? By letting such candidates run, aren't we just inviting terrorists and evildoers to do their worst? Shouldn't we legally prohibit all such candidacies -- in the name of freedom?
