I wonder if we're going to get a stern moral lecture about Barack Obama's sinister associates from Bernie Kerik's best friend.

... No, but Bernie Kerik's best friend is praising Sarah Palin for crusading against corruption.

... And insisting that she can do her job and maintain strong ties to her children -- an odd thing to hear from a guy with one child who hasn't always been on speaking terms with him.

Plus, he seemed to be smiling at many jokes that weren't actually in the speech, except possibly in the version playing in his own head.
