Yeah, I know -- the guy everyone's angry at is Frist. But Father Pavone and Doctor Cheshire (see the two previous posts) were in Terri Schiavo's room and claimed she looked at them, even though she'd been cortically blind for more than a decade. The charitable explanation is that they saw what they wanted to see. The uncharitable explanation is that they willfully lied to advance their agenda. If it's the latter, remember: These are people -- a priest and a Christian conservative doctor -- who believe that, morally, they're better we are.
