Yesterday's line of the day from the Bush administration was "LOOK OVER HERE! BIG SCARY LIBYAN NUKES WE SAVED YOU FROM!" Rather an odd retroactive justification for a war, really -- "We abandoned the fight against the Afghanistan-based terrorists who attacked you to go fight in Iraq to save you from nukes that were in the early stage of development in Libya" -- but hey, the Bushies got The New York Times to carry their water by splashing this phony-looking photo-op photo across the front page, so I guess it worked, hunh?
