How is this not grounds for recusal in any case involving an atheist?
[Scalia] added to Senior in a loud whisper, "I even believe in the Devil."
"If you are faithful to Catholic dogma, that is certainly a large part of it," he continued.
When Senior asked what evidence he'd seen that the devil existed lately, he said that "In the Gospels, the Devil is doing all sorts of things. He's making pigs run off cliffs, he's possessing peope and whatnot."
"What he’s doing now is getting people not to believe in him or in God. He’s much more successful that way," he concluded.
Just kidding! I know that Supreme Court Justices aren't held to any ethical standard but their own.
"And what further proof do you have, Justice Scalia? Have you seen the Devil? What do you think the Devil look like?"
ReplyDelete'I see him every morning. He looks like an arrogant old fat motherfucker, of Roman-Italian heritage.'
"Is he applying shaving cream?"
'YES! How did you know?'
"I think you're looking at your reflection in the mirror, you old loon!"
Amusing, Victor; but I suspect Scalia sees the current inhabitant of the White House in that role.
ReplyDeleteI see all of the Jew/"Christian"/Muslim/Mormon Cult of Male Domination in that role. They all bow down to the same damned dog. Less than sufficiently evolved. Less than human.
ReplyDeleteNo fear.
Scalia's actually committed multiple offenses for which he can be impeached and removed from office. But since we have a non-functional Congress, it won't happen.
