Dinesh D'Souza, the married, 51-year-old right-wing author and inspiration for the film 2016: Obama's America, once wrote a book called The Enemy at Home: The Cultural Left and Its Responsibility for 9/11. The thesis of this book is that the loosening of conservative moral strictures in the West is alienating Muslims, and Muslims, as a result, are so pissed off that they feel they have no choice but to kill us. D'Souza wrote:
Issues like divorce and family breakdown are important in themselves, yet they are ultimately symbols of a great moral shift that has occurred in American society, one that continues to divide and polarize this country, and one that is at the root of the anti-Americanism of traditional cultures. In other words: 9/11 happened because you cheated on your wife, hippie.
Now, allow me to introduce you to Denise Odile Joseph II:
The above is a photo of the woman who the Evangelical magazine World reported today is allegedly at a center of a storm around the conservative pundit and president of The King's College, a Christian institution, Dinesh D'Souza.D'Souza is getting divorced, however:
Denise Odie Joseph II, who according to her Facebook page graduated high school in 2002, is pictured with a copy of D'Souza's book Obama's America....
D'Souza, who is separated from his wife but, according to the World story not technically divorced, shared a hotel room with Joseph at a Christian authors conference in South Carolina. He reportedly told attendees that they were engaged.
He told WORLD editor Warren Cole Smith that he had filed for divorce from his wife, Dixie, but according to court records he only filed the day Smith spoke to him and "under California law, that starts the clock on a six-month waiting period for divorce."D'Souza also tells us in The Enemy at Home that
Children lose their childhood on the day that parents divorce. They become vulnerable to a host of social pathologies that are well known. Judith Wallerstein's landmark twenty-five-year study shows that the problems of divorce persist even into adulthood.... If children had the vote, there would be no such thing as divorce. Children are to the right of even Muslims on this issue.Dinesh D'Souza and his estranged wife, Dixie, have a daughter, Danielle, who at the time of this 1995 article was nine months old. That means she's 17 today (about 11 years younger than D'Souza's new girlfriend, who's about 23 years younger than D'Souza).
Following his own logic, we can only ask: Why is Dinesh D'Souza encouraging Islamofascism and destroying the life of his own daughter?

Jeez, I hope he contributes a 'little something' to PBS when they have their next fund drive - and I mean, money, you filthy-minded bastards...
What a hypocritical waste of O2 this clown is.
A ruthless scam artist demonstrates a lack of morals! He's even hypocritical! Shocking!
ReplyDeleteAdd D'Souza to the list of holier-than-thou rightie trashbags we've all become so familiar with.
D'Souza is the classic arriviste.
ReplyDeleteCourtesy the good General, we can revisit TBogg's 2007 profile of the D'Souza lifestyle in San Diego:

I understand that she is also a proponent of the sanctity of marriage as she is 9 months into a marriage with someone else.
