OH, GOODY! THE RIGHT HAS SETTLED ON A MESSAGE ABOUT EGYPT

And it's this:

Do I really need to translate this? (1) Obama sides with brown people over white people. (2) Obama sides with filthy America-hating Muslims rather than real Americans. And, of course, (3) a populace rising up to try to end the three-decade rule of a dictator who stays in power through repression and rigged election is exactly analogous to one political faction in a democratic nation that doesn't like the guy who won a legitimate election.

Here's the copy in that Fox Nation thread:

Hundreds of thousands of protesters in Egypt take to the streets demanding change from what they perceive to be an unresponsive government. United States President, Barack Hussein Obama is so moved that he calls the President of Egypt urging Mr. Mubarak to step down from his office, perhaps immediately...and assured protesters "we hear your voices"...Think back now to the summer of 2009 when hundreds of thousands of protesters took to the streets of Washington DC and cities all across this nation to protest the Obama Healthcare Bill that was passed anyway, against the will of the majority of the American people. Did President Obama take to his all powerful, all seeing, presidential podium and say, "we hear your voices"? No, he didn't...In fact, the White House unbelievably declared that it wasn't even aware of the protest rally that received nationwide coverage in advance of the rally. White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said, "I don't know who the group is."

That's an edited version of a post at TexasGOPVote.com; the full version seems to suggest that its somehow unseemly for a president of the United States to weigh in on world affairs:

How arrogant is it that this president thinks he can simply inject himself into the political debate of the sovereign nation of Egypt?

...What level of self-importance must he have to believe that the people of Egypt will actually stop their protests because "we hear your voices"?

"How arrogant" -- I believes that's "arrogant" spelled U-P-P-I-T-Y.

As The Right Scoop notes, a Rush Limbaugh caller made the same

I was listening to that clip in the beginning of your show of Obama saying that, to the people of Egypt, your voices are heard, the young people of Egypt protesting over there, and I'm trying to recall, but I can't remember, the press conference where he mentioned that tea partiers' voices were heard. I mean, we gathered in the hundreds of thousands to peacefully protest, and he made no mention of it.

Limbaugh, perhaps surprisingly, doesn't play the race card -- he goes the other way and says that Obama and other Democrats think teabaggers are "just a bunch of hayseed hicks" and thus aren't worthy of attention, and eventually he tells us that it's because Obama is "a Saul Alinsky leftist radical." Translation: rootless cosmopolitan with no ties to the real America. And tea partiers are, of course, the only real Americans, while anyone who disdains them, or disagrees with them, is simply a betrayer of America.
