Jon Swift's annual round-up a slew of bloggers' votes for their own best posts of the year is up, just in time to provide a wealth of good reading for anyone with sense enough to stay the hell home between now and January 1. Posts by Steve ("The Other 'Damn, This Feels Good' Guy") and my damn self ("Those Satisfactions Are Permanent") are included, even if mine has cause to be embarrassed to be seen in such rich company.
