THE PRESIDENT WE DESERVE

This (from the review of Robert Draper's Dead Certain in today's New York Times) is going to generate a lot of snickering, but it isn't news:

Apparently Mr. Bush loves doing imitations of Dr. Evil from the "Austin Powers" movies.

That was actually revealed several years ago:

... George Bush is a fan of the Austin Powers series and has been known to raise his little finger to his lips in imitation of the characters Dr Evil and Mini-Me....

Yup -- that was public knowledge about Bush and we voted to give him four more years anyway.
