JUST F.Y.I.

You may know that White House spokesman Tony Snow has now described the communications between a congressman and underage pages approximately one-third his age as "naughty."

SNOW: Yes, look, I hate to tell you, but it’s not always pretty up there on Capitol Hill. And there have been other scandals, as you know, that have been more than simply naughty e-mails.

This and more, from a man in his fifties to a kid in high school, is "naughty":

Xxxxxxxxx (8:04:04 PM): normal clothes

Xxxxxxxxx (8:04:09 PM): tshirt and shorts

Maf54 (8:04:58 PM): love to slip them off of you....

I just want to point out that Snow has (or had as of last spring, when he took the White House job) a 13-year-old daughter, a 10-year-old son and 9-year-old daughter.

Would Mr. Snow be willing to share with us what words he'd use to describe such messages if a fiftysomething man sent them to one of his kids sometime around the kid's sixteenth birthday?
