There's a fascinating stat buried in this analysis of a poll question on the coming Iraq war. Pollsters asked, "What if the United States sends troops to Iraq to force it to disarm its weapons of mass destruction? Would you be absolutely certain, pretty certain or not certain that our involvement is correct?" Guess which ethnic group had the fewest respondents who were "absolutely certain" that an invasion was a good idea? Answer: The group George W. Bush and the GOP have been wooing most assiduously.
