Indeed, the seven "principles" of Kwanzaa praise collectivism in every possible arena of life – economics, work, personality, even litter removal. ("Kuumba: Everyone should strive to improve the community and make it more beautiful.")

Oh, so striving to improve one's community and make it more beautiful is a bad idea, Ann? And people shouldn't try? Or some people shouldn't try? And if everyone in a community does try, that means they're all commies?
