He is well aware of this mobster landlord who received over $10 million in 421-a tax benefits without ever qualifying while Two Trees forced hundreds of tenants to move with illegal rent stabilized increases. Two Trees the largest real estate contributor to DeBlasio's slush fund ($100k) negotiated a zoning exemption for their Domino Sugar Project with Jonathan Rosen of Berlin/Rosen, "special agent" and unofficial lobbyist as the go between (DeBlasio and Two Trees were both clients of Berlin/Rosen) allowing Two Trees an additional 20 floors in exchange for 40 affordable living units, which are not legally binding. DeBlasio is a sad sack Alfred E Newman, "What me worry" dufus who wants to play with the big boys but has the political savvy of a dolt. The only thing transparent in the DeBlasio administration is DeBlasio himself. He's a hypocrite and liar. Imagine him complaining that billionaires are out to get him because he speaks truth to power. Andrew, is no Mario, that&#...Ditto, what Yas said!

Andrew, is no Mario, that's fer sure!

I grew-up in NYC, before we moved to the mid-Hudson Valley in '69, when I was 11.
As soon as I finished college, I moved back.
The NYC of the early '80's was affordable - or, at least, the 4 boroughs not named Manhattan, were.
I never had a car in the 10 years I lived there. Why would I need one, when mass-transit was cheap, and affordable?

I moved out of NYC in the early 90's. And when I went back to visit, I always took Metro-North.

I have NO sympathy for those who drive into NYC.
If you do, expect gridlock!
AND DON'T HONK YOUR FUCKING HORN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You think some guy 50 cars ahead of you is asleep? S/he's just as frustrated as YOU are, because all of you dumbasses were fucking stupid enough to drive into the city. Why share YOUR frustration - or, rather, inflict it - on the people who live there and want to sleep?!?!?!?!?!

If people insist on driving into NYC, charge them $50-100 - or more - for the privilege!

And I'm not talking about setting-up toll stations, which, themselves, cause gridlock and more pollution.
Use the new technology, and use E-Z Pass to charge the MFers who insist on driving in.
You can even adjust the rates for income. Drive into the city with a Yugo or other ancient or new economy car, charge less.
You drive in via a luxury car, charge more.
Have only one person in the car? Charge a higher rate.
Have a driver, while you sit in the back making deals on your cell-phone? OH BABY! You get a nice high fee!!!
And if you don't like it, let a Metro-North or LIRR engineer, or bus driver, bring you in.

But if you decide to drive in, DON'T FUCKING HONK!!!
There should be a $1,000 "ASSHOLE FEE" for people who honk!
Victorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06609452382111686086noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3856837.post-71282911715701089442016-05-27T20:03:34.431-04:002016-05-27T20:03:34.431-04:00You're on fire, Crank.
