IOW: pork.<br /><br />Without pork, all a candidate for the House can run on is either, I'm for the president, or, I'm against the president. And once that candidate is elected and gets to Washington DC, there's no incentive AT ALL to dive into what the administration is doing, other than to pick a side in the ongoing seige.<br /><br />Bring back pork, and not only does most of this problem disappear, TeaPers and FreeDumbs will die out within a decade.
