Today, the Cruz for President campaign announced the endorsement of Medal of Honor recipient and United States Marine, Sergeant Dakota Meyer. Sgt. Meyer was awarded the Medal of Honor, the highest military decoration awarded by the U.S. government in September of 2011 in recognition of his extraordinary valor, serving in Afghanistan. Meyer will be joining Cruz on the trail in South Carolina today for several events....Dakota Meyer also says -- plausibly -- that he's the father of Bristol Palin's baby:
“Dakota is a man of great courage and principle,” said Cruz.
Two weeks after Bristol Palin gave birth to daughter Sailor Grace, her ex-fiancé, Dakota Meyer, is claiming to be the biological father and seeking joint custody.Meyer has endorsed Cruz. Sarah Palin has endorsed Donald Trump. Surely there'll be some campaign event where all these old acquaintances can get together and do what the Palins do best:
Bristol's mother, former vice-presidential candidate and Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, spoke to ET exclusively about Meyer's claims.
"For many months we have been trying to reach out to Dakota Myers [sic] and he has wanted nothing to do with either Bristol's pregnancy or the baby," Palin told ET.
"Paramount to the entire Palin family is the health and welfare of Sailor Grace," she added, claiming that Meyer is attempting to "save face."
Meyer filed legal documents on Monday alleging that he's Sailor Grace's father, and is seeking joint custody of the newborn girl, as well as child support.
Bristol, who has never publicly revealed the identity of Sailor's father, got engaged to Meyer in March 2015 and planned to get married two months later in May. One week before the wedding was set to take place, the nuptials were called off. In June, it was revealed that she was expecting.
It would certainly be in keeping with the rest of the GOP race.
Don't know how I managed to survive these months without hearing that audio, but thanks for posting it.
ReplyDeleteWhile I was stationed in Thailand I met a guy who had won the Medal of Honor in Vietnam. I have to say, just because you're a hero doesn't mean you're not an a**hole. I still suspect (mostly because I expect the worst of them) that Meyer isn't Sailor Grace's father and that's why they called off the marriage. Looking forward to the results of the DNA test.
