IT'S OVER

Ohio, baby....

He has 195. There's a solid Western Democratic bloc coming: 77 from California, Oregon, Washington, and Hawaii. That's it. It's over.

****

UPDATE: TV idiots are grumbling that the popular vote is surprisingly tight, given Obama's poll numbers. Er, folks? As I type, only 13% of New York State's precincts have been counted. California hasn't been counted at all. Um, the margin is going to get bigger.

****

PUMADAMMERUNG: I love this:

In addition to the traditional Republican constituency in Ohio, McCain was hoping for significant support among Democrats who voted for Hillary Clinton. But the exit polls show that of the 16 percent of the electorate who identified themselves as Clinton Democrats, Obama is winning 82-17.

YEE-HAW!
